These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between BacklynkFlow and any individual or company ("Client," "you," or "your") that uses our website or purchases our services.

2. Services Provided

BacklynkFlow provides the following link building services, as described on our website and in individual service agreements:

2.1 Editorial Link Building

Manual outreach to real publishers to earn do-follow editorial backlinks on DR 55–85+ domains. All placements are on websites with genuine organic traffic and editorial standards.

2.2 Guest Posting Service

Creation and placement of SEO-optimized guest articles on niche-relevant third-party publications. Every article is reviewed and approved by the client before submission.

2.3 Niche Edit / Link Insertion

Placement of backlinks within existing, indexed articles on relevant third-party websites. All niche edits are placed editorially — not through paid link schemes.

2.4 Digital PR & Data Studies

Creation of data-driven content assets designed to earn organic backlinks from journalists, publishers, and industry media.

2.5 Backlink Audit & Strategy

Analysis of a client's existing backlink profile and competitor link gap to produce a prioritized link acquisition strategy.

The specific services, link volumes, domain rating targets, and pricing applicable to each client are outlined in their individual Service Agreement or Plan selection at backlynkflow.com/pricing.

3. Service Plans & Pricing

BacklynkFlow offers four service tiers, billed monthly or quarterly. Current pricing is published at backlynkflow.com/pricing.

3.1 Quarterly Billing

Clients who select quarterly billing receive a 15% discount applied to the total quarterly invoice. Quarterly plans are paid in full at the start of each billing quarter.

3.2 Price Changes

BacklynkFlow reserves the right to update service pricing. Active clients will receive 30 days' written notice before any price change takes effect on their account. Price changes do not apply retroactively to pre-paid periods.

3.3 Custom Campaigns

Authority-tier and white-label campaigns are priced individually. Custom pricing is confirmed in writing via a separate Service Agreement before work begins.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Method

All BacklynkFlow services are billed via Stripe. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and ACH bank transfer for annual or enterprise plans. BacklynkFlow does not store payment card details directly.

4.2 Billing Cycle

Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month, starting from the date of your first payment. Quarterly plans are billed every 90 days.

4.3 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, BacklynkFlow will notify you by email and retry the charge after 3 business days. If payment is not received within 7 days of the original due date, BacklynkFlow reserves the right to pause active campaign work until the account is brought current.

4.4 Late Payments

Invoices unpaid after 14 days of the due date may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, applied from the original due date.

4.5 Taxes

Prices displayed on backlynkflow.com are exclusive of applicable taxes. Clients are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or GST applicable in their jurisdiction.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

5.1 Monthly Plans — Cancellation

Monthly plan clients may cancel at any time by emailing support@backlynkflow.com with subject line "Cancellation Request." Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for monthly plans.

5.2 Quarterly Plans — Cancellation

Quarterly plans may be cancelled before the next billing quarter begins. BacklynkFlow does not issue refunds for the current pre-paid quarter once campaign work has commenced.

5.3 Refund Policy

BacklynkFlow does not offer refunds on completed link placements. If a campaign has not yet commenced — meaning no outreach has begun — a full refund may be requested within 5 business days of payment. Once outreach has started, campaign fees are non-refundable.

5.4 Pause Policy

Monthly and quarterly clients may pause their campaign for up to 60 days once per 12-month period. To pause, email support@backlynkflow.com at least 7 days before your next billing date. Paused accounts are not billed during the pause period. Campaign work resumes automatically at the end of the pause unless cancelled.

6. The 12-Month Link Replacement Guarantee

BacklynkFlow guarantees every editorial link placement for 12 months from the date it goes live.

6.1 What the Guarantee Covers

If any backlink placed by BacklynkFlow is removed, de-indexed, or taken down within 12 months of the placement date, BacklynkFlow will replace it with a comparable or superior placement at no additional cost to the client.

6.2 What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

The 12-month guarantee does not apply to:

• Links removed as a result of client-side actions (e.g., the client's website going offline, rebranding, or requesting link removal)
• Links on domains that the client has subsequently disavowed
• Natural anchor text or URL updates made by the publisher that do not remove the link entirely
• Placements on sites acquired or shut down due to events outside BacklynkFlow's control

6.3 How to Claim a Replacement

To claim a replacement link, email support@backlynkflow.com with the placement URL, the live link URL, and the date the link was confirmed live. BacklynkFlow will confirm the replacement within 5 business days and deliver the new placement within the next active campaign cycle.

7. Client Responsibilities

To enable BacklynkFlow to deliver the link building service effectively, clients agree to:

7.1 Provide Accurate Information

Supply accurate information about your business, website, target keywords, and campaign goals during onboarding. Inaccurate information that leads to misaligned placements does not entitle the client to a refund or replacement.

7.2 Approve Placements Promptly

BacklynkFlow submits placements for client approval before they go live. Clients agree to review and respond to approval requests within 5 business days. Unanswered approval requests after 7 business days will be treated as approved, and BacklynkFlow will proceed with placement.

7.3 Maintain a Compliant Website

The client's website must comply with Google's Webmaster Guidelines throughout the engagement. BacklynkFlow is not responsible for ranking losses caused by the client's own on-site SEO issues, technical problems, or Google penalties unrelated to BacklynkFlow's link building activity.

7.4 Not Engage Conflicting Services

Clients using BacklynkFlow's link building service agree not to simultaneously purchase black-hat or PBN-based link building services that could contaminate the backlink profile BacklynkFlow is building. If BacklynkFlow identifies conflicting black-hat activity on a client's domain, we reserve the right to pause or terminate the campaign without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Content Created by BacklynkFlow

All guest articles, content assets, and outreach materials created by BacklynkFlow during a campaign are produced on a work-for-hire basis. Once a placement goes live and the campaign invoice is paid in full, the client owns the content associated with that placement.

8.2 BacklynkFlow's Proprietary Methods

BacklynkFlow's outreach processes, publisher network, campaign templates, and reporting frameworks are proprietary. Clients may not replicate, resell, or sublicense BacklynkFlow's methods, publisher relationships, or reporting formats without written permission.

8.3 BacklynkFlow Brand Assets

The BacklynkFlow name, logo, and website content are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use BacklynkFlow's brand assets without written consent, except to refer to BacklynkFlow by name in factual contexts (e.g., case studies, testimonials, or reviews).

9. Confidentiality

9.1 Client Information

BacklynkFlow treats all client campaign data, business information, and strategy details as confidential. We do not share client-specific campaign data with third parties except as required to deliver the service (e.g., publisher partners involved in placement).

9.2 BacklynkFlow Publisher Network

Clients acknowledge that BacklynkFlow's publisher relationships are proprietary and confidential. Clients agree not to contact BacklynkFlow's publisher contacts directly during or after the engagement to solicit placements independently.

9.3 Case Studies & Testimonials

BacklynkFlow may request permission to reference a client's campaign results in anonymized or attributed case studies. We will always obtain written consent before publishing identifiable client results.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Ranking Guarantees

BacklynkFlow is a link building service company, not a ranking guarantee service. While our link building campaigns consistently produce measurable keyword ranking improvements, Google's algorithm is outside BacklynkFlow's control. BacklynkFlow does not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes from any campaign.

10.2 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BacklynkFlow's total liability to any client for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client to BacklynkFlow in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10.3 Exclusions

BacklynkFlow is not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Google algorithm updates that affect organic rankings
• Third-party website changes that affect placements after the 12-month guarantee period
• Delays caused by client failure to provide timely approvals or information

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BacklynkFlow, its team members, and its contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party right
• Any content you provide to BacklynkFlow that infringes a third party's intellectual property or is otherwise unlawful
• Your use of BacklynkFlow's services in a manner not permitted by these terms

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by Client

Clients may terminate their BacklynkFlow service agreement at any time in accordance with Section 5 (Cancellation & Refund Policy).

12.2 Termination by BacklynkFlow

BacklynkFlow reserves the right to terminate a client's campaign immediately, without refund, if:

• The client's website is found to engage in illegal activity
• The client provides materially false information during onboarding
• The client breaches Section 7.4 (conflicting black-hat services)
• The client engages in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward BacklynkFlow team members

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, BacklynkFlow will deliver a final report of all placements made to date. The 12-month link replacement guarantee remains in effect for all placements delivered prior to termination, provided the termination was initiated by the client and not caused by the client's breach of these terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Good Faith Resolution

BacklynkFlow is committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint or dispute, email support@backlynkflow.com with a clear description of the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and work toward a resolution within 14 business days.

13.2 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction — e.g., State of Delaware, USA / England & Wales]. Any disputes not resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

• Active clients will be notified by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect
• Continued use of BacklynkFlow's services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms
